If they bring the B-52 that is going to be amazing. I saw the B-1B at a previous show and that was impressive.

I'd love to go, the year I went was the year after they had an F-35. we have our own now so they have to turn up.

Damn. I would totally wanna go to this. With my wife's surgery a few weeks prior and then us going to QLD just after that show, I just can't swing it.

LOL, no. I'm sure your aware that Australia took delivery of the first two of our fleet in December last year.

I’d love to go to tis but it’s not going to happen. Hopefully they’ll have an F-35 at Albion Park Rail in May. However the only downside to seeing new planes is that the pilots are under instruction to baby them. At least they give the Super Hornets a flogging when they do the flybys each year because they’re near the end of their service life.

At the 2017 Melbourne Airshow, a mock bombing raid caused a grassfire in the nearby paddock. Fortunately local fire trucks were stationed at the show to put the fires out.

Weather forecast at Avalon is 40 degrees Celsius for Saturday and 33 for Sunday. That's way beyond my comfort zone.
