MOTUC custom "Blizzlor"

This was a commission, based on an idea I believe was originally posted on He-man.org. I would like to think I put my own spin on it though.

I took a regular Grizzlor, removed his fur coat, painted him head to toe and replaced the fur with white fur from Spotlight, cut to size and shape. A messy hair cut later and he was done.

I also make silicone moulds of his bladed weapons and recast them in clear resin, and painted them up, as "ice" weapons. I went a tad heavy on he blue though.

As an added bonus, I added some effects paint to the blue portions that have a rather dramatic effect under a black light... unfortunately didn't take any full pics under this effect. But here's the effect on the crossbow (no effects on this picture - straight from the camera!)...

As far as I know it’s a fan-made character. It’s a good departure from the original I reckon. I’ve never worked with fur before, was a lot of fun.
