WFC Siege Shockwave hover platform engine pod loose connectors

Having problems with WFC Siege Shockwave. The connection between the hover board/platform and the side engine pods seems very loose. The connection is so loose that the engine pods swivel downward on their own and/or fall off when handled. Has it mistransformed or is this a common issue?

I've got the same. I thought I followed some youtube videos correctly but I'm not sure now if its just standard.

I've got the extra parts for my Shockwave packed away so I can't check it, but going from memory I believe I had the same issue with loose parts.
