Who is Ultra Powered?

TFwiki mentions in the Big Powered article that by adding Topspin and Twin Twist to Big Powered you get another character named Ultra Powered. However, as lacking in information as Big Powered article is, there is even less info on Ultra Powered with no article on him. Does anyone here know anything about him?

It'd be from the pack-in comics. Just a "power up" name given to Big Powered with the two TR Jumpstarter toys attached as described. It's probably in scans somewhere but I'm not sure where the best archive of those are.

TFW had scans of the third part of the comic (https://news.tfw2005.com/2019/03/31/takara-tomy-lg-ex-big-powered-pack-in-comic-manga-bio-pics-386354) (printed with the instructions for Dia Atlas), and it looks like the Jumpstarters are attached to the wings of the combined jet mode, and attached to the forearms of Dia Atlas in robot mode (and it looks like they might also be attached to the sides of the combined vehicle mode).

Incidentally, Big Powered is 3 body combination.
