Marshall Efron (https://news.tfw2005.com/2019/10/10/g1-voice-actor-marshall-efron-hun-grrr-passed-away-398257) only voiced a single Transformers character, who didn't appear in too many episodes right at the end of the original series cartoon - Hun-grrr (along with another voice actor, according to TFwiki (https://tfwiki.net/wiki/Hun-Gurrr_(G1)), so they may have shared the role over different episodes, or one did the beast voice(s) while the other did the robot voice).
According to the New York Times (https://www.nytimes.com/2019/10/08/arts/television/marshall-efron-dead.html), he died of a cardiac arrest on September 30th at the age of 81.

Not a Gen1 Voice Actor, but this one is so obscure, it wasn't worth starting another news topic - Robert Forster has also died in the last few days (https://www.tfw2005.com/boards/threads/robert-forster-dies-of-brain-cancer-at-age-78.1183113/), of brain cancer at the age of 78.
His sole Transformers role was voicing General Bryce on the TFPrime cartoon (https://tfwiki.net/wiki/Bryce), appearing briefly in four episodes as Agent Fowler's superior officer.
