When will Singe be available in Australia?

I'm working on a custom modified Hot Rod kit and to make his Targetmaster buddy Firebolt G1 authentic, I need this Targetmaster from the War From Cybertron line:
Singe (https://tfwiki.net/wiki/Singe)
According to the notes, to achieve this task, I need to swap the arms of the figures.

So does anyone know when Singe will be offered for sale in Australia?
And which retailers will stock him?
It doesn't necessarily have to be a local store, online stores count too, as long as they have mail/internet orders and are located within Australia.

Highly unlikely it will be on the shelves here, but a chance the Reject Shop will get it. Best bet is an online store, I think Popcultcha might be a good chance since they had Rung (unless they already sold out)

I checked PopCultucha's online store, saw a preorder for Rung, but nothing about Singe.

Yeah, I mentioned it last week that Popcultcha had Singe. Noticed it had sold out not lot after. They are fairly good at restocking so keep an eye out.
