I've asked Hallmark Australia about this repeatedly and always been ignored.

I'll be picking up Jazz if I can get one. We love hanging a Transformer or 2 from the tree.

Jazz arrived today (Melbourne) from hooked on hallmark. Initial reaction is that it's possibly the best yet - so toy like! Really evokes Christmas 1985!

Got mine from Hooked on Hallmarks (link in the first post). Their online site gives international shipping cost & estimated delivery times, but it's the busy season & Covid issues a plenty in the U.S.

From memory, @$20 USD for shipping + insurance.

I've gotten all of mine through hooked on hallmark, a store in the states. Optimus a few years ago only cost about $35 AUD delivered, however, Jazz this year was about $60 delivered.
