Meccano spare parts?

Don't know if anyone is into Meccano here.... I bought a 20-model motorised Meccano recently and I broke a part :mad: and now desperately needed to get one to replace it... Anyone knows where I can get them in Melbourne or anywhere? Thx....

there is the coolest mecano museum in marysville i think, you could try asking them....

Is it brand new or second hand? If it is brand new and you still have your receipt I would say take it back to where you bought it and see what they can do, or call Meccano directly

Of topic a bit, but its been more than 4 weeks since I asked Lego to replace my missing part. They told me 3 weeks and yet nothing...

I just picked that set up today.

What part is it? It would be handy to know so I could be careful. Unless you were doing something stupid with the part like opening a bottle or something. :p

It's brand new - but I don't feel right to go down the exchange path :(

It's the plastic steering wheel - becareful when you turn it. It snapped off when I tried to move it to position!

I found a website in NZ that sells meccano spares, maybe I will just get it off them...
