From one of the people who did packaging artwork for the early Transformers toys in the 1980s, (Mark Watts) comes some newly created Transformers artwork done in the same style (hand painted and airbrushed).

Being true to the actual toy designs, the "action" poses can look a little weird... almost like Dreamwave's distorted body proportions.

that is a bit weird hehe. i think that art style would be cool if he did the modern designs and poses

And now I'm on his website looking to buy some art.

some of it reminds me of a couple album covers from Stan Bushes more recent albums.

Also the prints of transformers are beautiful, especially the Jazz and thundercracker ones. The cost of anything but a basic print is a bit insane though.
