Looks great from most angles.

He still has the issue most Ratchets have of trying to condense his vehicle mode shell (in this case the roof and rear door area) into a smaller package, which leaves a bit of a mass on the back.

But overall looks pretty great, and tries to incorporate the vehicle kibble in the appropriate way rather than relying on fake parts, which is great.

If the stop-motion is correct, then I?m impressed at how they?ve included the top half rotation of the body as part of the transformation, just like in the movie.

Meanwhile I have all of them except 1 and 2 but have the molds they're based off so I'm definitely inclined to get this one. I already ordered Starscream from OMP, might for Ratchet as well.

This is yet to be locked in as confirmed, but in Australia, Starscream and Ratchet could be exclusive to Amazon Australia, if they are still wanting them. Starscream will be September, Ratchet will be November.
But note - as of last week, they were not yet confirmed as taking them, but if they do, that's when we will see them here.

TakaraTomy have revealed that MPM Ratchet will be released in Japan in December, for 20,000yen (https://news.tfw2005.com/2020/07/07/transformers-masterpiece-movie-mpm-11-ratchet-new-stock-images-414177)... which is significantly more than the US retail price when converted to US$.
