Having trouble getting my hands on these guys.
Biggest issue is Longhaul as websites want $100 for him alone.

Amazon US has Mixmaster for $48 with free shipping for orders over $49 if you have Prime. Amazon AU supposedly has Long Haul for $50 but says "Usually dispatched within 1 to 2 months" so I don't know.
