The Transformers Facebook page has just announced that there will be another 10+ reveals this coming Friday on the Hasbro Pulse page, presumably in a livestream like the last one. Slated for 9:30 am PST which would equate to 11:30 PM AEST.

Im guessing its going to be most if not all of the leaks we've seen previously -Cyclonus, Dirge, Thrust, SS figures etc

I'd be shocked if we didn't get the official reveal of Exhaust and Greasepit. Interestingly, we still have at least 4 more Generations Selects on the way since Exhaust/Greasepit are meant to be 12 and 13 while Rotostorm/Tigertrack are 18 and 19.

Main takeaway is we could have just skipped Siege? Throw those figures in the bin now?

Kinda feels like it huh? Since each character either has a new Netflix or earthrise vetsion.

No, you can give them to me for a discounted price :p
Although, I am now glad I skipped almost all of Siege now. I've only gotten WFC toys when cheap or exclusive in some way like Refraktor 3 pack, Fan Vote pack etc
Edit: At least they gave Rotostorm a new head........
Also, still 3 Gen Selects left to reveal at least

They need to rename this whole schmozzle from 'Fans First' to 'Scalpers First'; it's bad enough that they can't get their global distribution right, but partnering with Walmart all the time is not in any way in the interests of fans...WTH...

No need to worry, theyre all up for order at Robotkingdom currently. If you really, really want them, go and get them.
Or you could play the waiting game & see who else may be offering them amongst the plethora of online retailers. You may miss out, but such is life.

While it kills me that they're re-releasing a bunch of these figures, the new ones (Bee, Elita-1, Seekers) are super nice.

Main takeaway is we could have just skipped Siege? Throw those figures in the bin now?Nah, there were some real gems in there. The line was worth it for Spinister and Flywheels alone IMO.

Oh yes, totally agree on those two. It's the double/tripling dipping of already over-represented 84ers that's annoying. It's been apparent since the Netflix toys started to appear that the toyline and the cartoon were too far apart. Then giving us the earth modes of all the Siege characters a year later to top it all off. I don't need my Siege Megatron, Starscream, Thundercracker, Soundwave, Laserbeak, Ravage, Prowl or Ironhide anymore.

I was very happy with all the announcements. I’m ecstatic that my expectations for Bumblebee were correct, I couldn’t ask for better and hopefully Goldbug is in the pipeline too as a simple headswap and shield/back rotation. It is somewhat disappointing that Elita 1 has no alt mode changes from Arcee, but I do think the big backpack suits her a little more too. The robot mode outside of the kibble looks great.
It is not unexpected but still disappointing to see Ironhide and Prowl. They are nice, but with the stellar Siege versions already, I think everyone including me is just so tired at this point. It’s been virtually no time at all since those versions, so these tantalisingly better (but only marginally so) options are a bit scummy, and it screams a lot of calculated deceit. Had we known Earth modes were coming, nowhere anywhere near as many people would have jumped on Siege and they know it. It cost me around $70 AUD to get a hold of Siege Ratchet, so I’ll likely just hold onto my Siege vans.
Soundwave is really great but I feel for those who bought the now completely useless Siege voyager. He really should have had a red visor this time around (or just an optional metallic sticker), clearly someone at Hasbro is gunning for the yellow every single time. A minor complaint for Optimus as well is that they could have at least gone for white thighs/cod, instead of the almost straight repack of the Earthrise version (he has small battle damage and red biceps instead of grey/brown now).
Since these are mostly from the Netflix line, I’m hoping they are still at Kmart here by the time these release. I really hope the unknown leader is a brighter purple Shockwave too, since I unfortunately broke my Siege one.

HUBCAP is a character with some serious identity issues. Not only is he often confused with BUMBLEBEE for being of similar size and color, but the original 1986 mail-away mislabeled him as CLIFFJUMPER. Not that anyone knew who Hubcap was at the time anyway. Though he appeared in the 1986 Mini-Vehicle assortment, he was only introduced into TRANSFOMERS entertainment in 2007 with the release of IDW’s MEGATRON Origin Issue #3. Netflix wave 2 - not expected here (the Netflix toyline is doing too well, making it difficult to get stock for Australia)
Really? The couple Kmarts near me in a regional area are pretty much sold out.

That seems to be the problem. Everyone seems to want these and Australia is down the pecking order in terms of distribution so there may not be enough stock to send here.

That’s really disappointing to hear about difficulty with getting stock. Here’s hoping there’s some miracle and Australia gets some somehow. I’m actually surprised the first wave of Netflix toys did so well. Apart from maybe Hotlink and Megatron I thought it would be an absolute flop and they’d be longtime clearance items at Kmart.
On a side note, I wonder why Bumblebee is featured prominently on the art for WFC Kingdom, if he’s gonna only be in the Netflix exclusive line.

Urgh, Australian distribution sucks.:(
I'll probably grab one of those Impactors if they make it over here, the grime/scoring really suits him.
Elita-1 rocks the mold better than Arcee IMO, but I prefer the PotP one so it's a pass.

Truth be told, it wasn't necessary for Hasbro to give Rotorstorm a new head. I would have been totes okay with Spinster's head... & colour scheme too. Let the fandom lose their heads. :D

Wave 2 of the Netflix toyline looks like it pairs up with Earthrise (mostly earth modes), so if Bumblebee is in the Kingdom artwork, he could still have a toy in that toyline next year.
But if it is, it would probably be a new mould since there isn't much redeco-ing you could do with the netflix version to get away with a second release (fingers crossed they finally do his cybertronian mode as a toy in the third chapter).

For those like me who are hoping Amazon Australia puts up a listing for the American stock, these are the two American links to keep an eye on in the next week or two - Coneheads (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B083VMBWCK/) - Autobots (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07ZPL7DXZ/).
If you are logged in with your Australian postal address, when these are listed on the Amazon Australia site, an extra box will show up on the right side of those two product pages to re-direct you.

Could be very wrong but I imagine the normal WFC line, the SS line and the Netflix line are all manufactured in the same place which already stretches things. Add in the pandemic and they're suddenly not able to make as much as they would've liked.
In saying that, Hasbro easily could've avoided stock shortages if they'd made the toyline a Netflix Collab from the beginning instead of trying to make customers double or triple buy the same figures.

Does anyone have any ideas who the wave 2 mystery spoiler unboxing is?
* It can?t be Ultra Magnus as he was Wave 1.
* It can?t be Optimus Prime as he is Wave 2 Voyager.
The only other figure that hasn?t been repainted in the Netflix line is Shockwave, but ugh, they?ve already done RadioShackwave already in Generations Selects.
It would be unlikely to be a brand new mould, unless they repaint something from an earlier series?
Kinda surprised we didn?t see Windblade repainted for Siege Netflix too, unless they specifically decided not to include her in the animation. Maybe we?ll get a better clue when the animation releases on Netflix.

The whole 'Giza' hidden code on the packaging immediately suggests a certain black and teal Transformer with many suggesting a retooling of Galaxy Upgrade OP which is already a retool of Ultra Magnus.
The thing that throws me off is the number of steps (34) since only ER Prime has that number. Then again, GU OP has 44 and it mentions 9 armour pieces so could be????
Unfortunately, Hasbro is definitely not shy in reusing a mould either. Multiple moulds have 3 or more variations. Siege Megatron alone has 4 just repaints (Regular, Gen Selects, 35th and Netflix), 5 with Earthrise. Siege Optimus has 3 repaints (Regular, 35th and Nemesis) with ER having a further 2 plus a minor retool (Regular, Alternate Uni and Netflix).
Edit: Totally forgot about Siege Seeker mould: 7 different characters!!!

Yeah this still makes no sense to me, like if you know a product line is going to be super popular... make more of it????
The reason is simple - the factories are constantly running, with a production schedule set up months in advance, which means they can't increase a production run by too much more than the quantity that is scheduled, as it would delay products scheduled to follow it... while a second production run might need to wait 2-3 months for the next available timeslot (if Hasbro felt that there is enough demand for a second run and retailers are willing to wait that long, as other stock would arrive before it anyway).
So, if a toyline is more popular than American retailers expected and want to significantly increase their orders too close to the next wave's release, the factories might have already finished production of that wave, or can't produce too much more to cover it, so the stock allocated to other countries gets redirected to America. Hasbro is an American company, and are not going to sacrifice their American business & profit (and retailer reputation) to make sure other countries get stock.
This is sometimes why we miss waves or exclusives here (most of the time it is because there is not enough demand here for extra products that aren't in the retail lines), but this year it looks like Hasbro America reduced all of their production numbers due to the global downturn in retail sales from the recession, but some rare items like the Netflix toys, ended up exceeding their new lower estimates.
Story time... :p
Several times at BotCon, the organisers noted a number of times that they wanted to increase the number of exclusives (2011 had boxsets sell out in 6 days of pre-registrations opening up (http://gbblackrock.capturedprey.com/)), but were often unable to, because 2-4 months before the event was too late to increase to increase production and too late to squeeze in a second production run to make up the extra numbers. Most years they would comment that their tight schedule with convention and club exclusives would often have the toys arrive just a week or two before the convention (time to be produced and shipped).
Back when Armada came to Australia in 2002 (http://www.otca.com.au/archive1.html#tfa), the first wave of the toyline was released in America in July, but came out in Australia in December.... and I was told by Hasbro Australia at the time, that this was due to the higher than expected demand for the toyline by American retailers, absorbed all of the stock, and we (and other countries) had to wait until a second production run was done 5 months after the first production run.
(according to Aaron Archer (I think, without looking it up) at BotCon one year, the Armada toyline was in such increased demand by American retailers to the previous year's toyline (RID), that we saw the back end padded out with a lot of redecos that weren't in the cartoon, including those Beast Wars moulds we saw)

Unfortunately there aren't a lot of options in the Leader class under WFC for us to get something interesting... and these packs are noted as having a Leader Class inside the box.
From WFC we have the following Leaders so far....
Ultra Magnus - not likely, as it was already used in the wave 1 box
Shockwave - I hope not, as we already had a grey redeco last year as a Selects toy, and unless he is a major character in the cartoon, I don't see a 3rd version in this mould.
Galaxy Upgrade Optimus - not likely, as it would mean havinng two "Optimus" toys in the one wave of 8 toys... even if it is an evil version (an easy plot device for the cartoon)
Astrotrain - it's possible, as it hasn't been re-used yet, other than a re-release in Earthrise packaging... provided it is a character in the cartoon.
-
Earthrise Optimus - not likely, as the cab is in one of the voyager packs in the same wave.
Doubledealer - it's possible, but unless it is a weathering redeco like Ultra Magnus had, could this toy be redone as another character.
The clue of "Giza" (a partner figure to that POTP Nemesis Prime toy) could be a red herring, as I would be surprised if they have a clue being that obvious on the outside of the box.

If they did him in a G1 cartoon accurate shade of purple then I'd buy him. Since wave 2 toys look much cleaner and more like the G1 cartoon I could see it happening.

Giza was also Nemesis Prime's Arms Micron in the Japanese Prime toyline. It is a bit too easy a clue though, you're right.
The fact they mention armour has me doubting it's Doubledealer. Could very well be Astrotrain then. Has armour, transforms in 36 steps which is close enough and has 8 accessories (5 guns, 2 shoes and backpack). They could always give him an extra gun or something. Guess we'll find out soon enough.

I doubt it. Not all characters in Kingdom will be from BW. I expect Bug Bite to be a straight repaint of Bumblebee.
Although part of me wants to see the toy have a new head that's a faux-VW roof/window like the original Super Go-Bot. :p

Okay this makes more sense.
I guess then (esp if they have downgraded production) you wonder why they wouldn't try and squeeze in a second run, given surely they know that for more collector focused lines like this it's not like ppl who want a Netflix Elita-1 are going to just buy an Allicon from Earthrise W2 instead... they just won't buy anything!
But they clearly have a reason ! Thanks for the info!

In case we don't see the Netflix toys here, or the Centurion Drone is impossible to source, there may be a second chance on both as TakaraTomy have tweeted out photos of both (https://news.tfw2005.com/2020/07/20/netflixs-war-for-cybertron-wave-2-centurion-drone-to-be-released-by-takara-tomy-415209), which should mean that they are going to have them as well... but will be some time behind America (their first wave of Netflix toys is still some time away from release, from September to December). This could mean that the second wave won't see Japan (and Asian sources who get access to Japanese stock) until at least February next year.
The photos don't show the Netflix Leader pack though. (they should get it, but must know not to reveal the contents before its release)

I want to say that that is the most boring, lazy offering (https://news.tfw2005.com/2020/08/28/netflix-wfc-siege-leader-nemesis-prime-available-at-fan-channel-retailers-now-418280), especially with there being another Optimus toy in the Voyager size packaging.
But then I understand that Hasbro and TakaraTomy pretty much release the same things, so it was only natural that we would eventually see the TakaraTomy Black Siege Optimus toy (released in Japan in June) from Hasbro.
We are getting way too many Optimus redeco toys in the WFC trilogy.

(snipped for length).
You're 100% right. On both counts. We are getting too many Optimus Primes, Because... he sells. As much as (for the sake of example) I've been hanging out for Hubcap, kids won't know who he is. And for every Minibot fan like me there's a Tilarta (for example) who has made it clear he's thoroughly uninterested in Hubcap. Multiple Primes are a safe bet for HasTak - moreso than Hubcap would be!
But hey, they're finding ways to stretch the moulds without clogging the shelves with 700 Bumblebee & Prime variants (as was the case around 2009-2012 in the movie lines) - so doing it through Pulse & exclusives is a smarter way of reusing the moulds. Sure, it means I'm paying more for my Hubcaps (yes, multiple), but I'm happy to pay a little more if the Selects model means Hubcap is a viable release for Hasbro.
It's a lazy repaint, but it's one that will sell well enough to the broader fandom while helping HasTak get their $$ out of the mould. In my view, if this helps the CHUG lines continued viability, great. I won't be buying it, but the longer the line goes on, the sooner I will see the Huffer and Pipes toys I'm waiting for.
So... long live safe Pulse/Generations repaints, I say.

I don't care so much about that. It seems that for every version we get though, there's always some caveat/dumb thing, like the gunmetal elbows on the Earthrise version. Sometimes the decisions at Hasbro really throw me for a loop. The random blue visor on Frenzy from the Bumblebee cassette pack, Prime's gunmetal elbows.
We've seen recently with Nemesis Prime too that the thing about the mould colours seems to be a bit of load of bs, given the trailer was moulded in a complete different colour from the other grey parts.
