Posted on twitter, and mirrored here (https://news.tfw2005.com/2021/01/20/vintage-original-g1-transformers-costumes-images-427560), are two Transformers costumes that were used in promo events and commercials... such as at the 6 minute mark of this youtube compilation of Transformers toy commercials (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hwfB8vQrHSc)... Jazz and Thundercracker.
They were found in a warehouse storeroom of a comic shop in America, and appear to have electronics to alter the voice of the users.

These are like museum pieces, and if they were ever sold, I think they would see some record prices for Transformers, as there would be a lot of well-funded Gen1 collectors around the world wanting the bragging rights of owning one-of-a-kind "Hasbro" items from the 80s.

That link to youtube is over 10 minutes of Transformers toy commercials from the 80s... and is a lot of fun to watch, even if the tagline being sung gets a bit much after a couple minutes, because of the Sunbow animation giving the commercials a feeling of being part of the cartoon itself (and the season 4 opening even had some of the commercial clips included).

Hilarious... the voice effect is a guitar delay (echo) pedal! :D
