Several items from March and April have been delayed a month or two, as noted in the release dates above.

Some of the April items have been released in Japan, and the Abominus set was one of them... which saw some minor changes to the individually released toys from Power of the Primes.
Some in-hand photos that compare the two sets highlight the differences (https://news.tfw2005.com/2021/04/18/generations-selects-abominus-in-hand-comparison-images-431943), which for some are very minor.
Hun-grrr appears to have the most significant changes, with the Abominus chest plate removed from the back of the robot, as this set has a new sculpted chest plate that comes separately to attach to the combined mode.
