A streaming service called AnimeLab, which apparently streams anime/cartoons from Japan, has recently had a merger with an Australian business called Funimation (https://www.facebook.com/animelab/?ref=page_internal)... and even though I can't seem to see why (I haven't heard of them before with anything official for Transformers), they are featuring Transformers in a new competition.
(edit - on closer inspection, AnimeLab is part of Madman, who have had an on-off history with Transformers over the years)

There are four prize packs that have mostly Kingdom toys, along with some exclusive one-off art prints (Transformers characters drawn like cosplay costumes).

Entry only requires answering a creative question about Kingdom - Which character from Transformers War for Cybertron ‘KINGDOM’ would you turn into an anime character and why?

Entry form is here (https://www.animelab.com/pages/transformers-comp/index.html)... includes link to terms and conditions.

One entry per person.
Entrants must be 18 years or over.
Competition goes from June 24th to July 20th.

2 major prizes & 2 minor prizes.

1 x winner will receive a prize pack including the following items:
1 x Gen WFC Core Optimus Prime = RRP $19.99
1 x Optimus Prime A3 Original Artwork by Kira = $500
1 x Gen WFC Core Megatron = RRP $19.99
1 x WFC Deluxe Cheetor = RRP $34.99
1 x WFC Voyager dinoBot = RRP $49.99
1 x WFC Leader Optimus Prime = RRP $89.99
1 x Devastator Reissue = $299.99
1 x $100 Madman voucher

1 x winner will receive a prize pack including the following items:
1 x TRA GEN Studio Series DLX TF6 Bumblebee = RRP $30
1 x Bumblebee A3 Original Artwork by Khee = $500
1 x Gen WFC Core Megatron = RRP $19.99
1 x WFC Deluxe Cheetor = RRP $34.99
1 x WFC Voyager dinoBot = RRP $49.99
1 x WFC Leader Optimus Prime = RRP $89.99
1 x Devastator Reissue = $299.99
1 x $100 Madman voucher

1 x winner will receive a prize pack including the following items:
1 x TRA GEN WFC K CORE STARSCREAM = RRP $19.99
1 x Starscream A3 Original Artwork by Akiocha = $500

1 x winner will receive a prize pack including the following items:
1 x TRA GEN WFC K CORE SOUNDWAVE = RRP $19.99
1 x Soundwave A3 Original Artwork by Koichame = $500

Total prize pool = $3,279.87 (although, the value of the artwork seems a bit much, totalling $2,000 which is about 60% of the prizes on offer)
There is a short interview with two of the artists here (https://www.animelab.com/blog/win-mecha-prizes-in-this-transformers-x-anime-competition/), but they don't seem to mention anything about actually liking Transformers.

Interestingly enough, looking further into it, it appears that Madman sold their Anime division to the Sony owned Funimation back in 2019.

Madman previously operated Animelab and Sony operated Funimation which were both anime streaming services, but they reached a distribution deal in 2018 prior to the full acquisition a year later.

Will be interesting to see what that does to their interest in Transformers and other non-anime properties.

I take it that no one here, or anyone we know won something?

Now that Animelab is now Funimation (https://www.animelab.com/blog/animelab-is-becoming-funimation-in-australia-and-new-zealand/), the Animelab facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/animelab/?ref=page_internal) as linked in the first post has now been completely removed and replaced with one that was just set up today, with very little content.
And for those interested, Funimation can be found here now (https://www.funimation.com/about-us/).

Forgot about this. Didn't know if it had been drawn. Guess I didn't win. Not really on FB these days so don't know who won.
