As discussed here (http://www.otca.com.au/boards/showthread.php?t=2877), I'm starting a trial on location-based rather than line-based sightings.

For the moment, this isn't intended to _replace_ the line-based threads, but to run alongside. We'll see how things go from there. Since the original idea was floated by a Victorian and the idea of a trial was floated by another Victorian, I'm going to use the Garden State as a guinea pig.

- More Universe Deluxes Prowl and Sunstreaker that weren't there last Saturday when I was on my fodder hunt! :mad: :mad: No Octanes though. No signs of wave 2 or 3 having been there so there's still hope.
- Special Edition at $39.99: Optimus and Megatron only as someone already got Overkill and Dragstrip. I'm not fussed though as that's pretty expensive for my tests.
- Animated Voyager Prime and Megatron aplenty. :confused: were they released in a revision of the wave 3 by themselves cos the sudden influx of Voyager Megatron's surprised me. I'd hoped to see the end of that figure.
- Robot Heroes: all the new stuff already sighted.
- Movie 3 packs: Prime, Starscream, Arcee; 2 packs BB/Prime and BB/Barricade

Did my usual trip to Kmart, Target and ToysRus in South Geelong/Waurn Ponds area and not much has changed since last week.

MP4s are not on clearance at Target (too bad, I was going to buy one and return it with my receipt from a couple weeks ago).

Kmart did seem to have an extra Silverstreak (Universe Deluxe) compared to last time but alas still no Ironhide. I did however pick up Universe Bruticus, so the trip was not a complete failure.

Haha... you guys crack me up. Seriously, Mornington isn't that far... it's 13 kms from Frankston (maybe 2 or 3 suburbs). They have more copies on the shelf than they did before christmas... so some of those babies have been sitting in the back since they were released!!! Most of the boxes are in better shape than the ones available when this toy first came out in Target. And for less than $100.

On a side note... Is everyone just looking for an extra or two at an amazing price or do some of you not own this toy? Genuine question, just really consider this one of maybe 3 or 4 toys that are a must own.

Yesderday at 12.13pm I purchased 2. There were 12 on the shelves, 4 across 3 deep. Just did a local run with Bread. One Kmart had nothing new and no movie voyagers. Myer and TRU had nothing as well.

A second Kmart had 1 each of Incinerator and Offroad, but nothing new.

I priced matched a pair of Mudflaps at TRU for me & Bread. ;)

Went to Epping and South Morang Plazas. Both Toy Kingdoms are in the process of changing to Toyworlds, although neither had the MP Starscreams I was looking for. I suspect pre-existing Toyworlds would have a better chance. Anyone else been checking Toyworlds recently?

I was just talking to Iceburn and Blackie saying that I was about to cave in and buy the Green Hulk as who knew when/if ever the Grey one would appear. Little did I know it was being spotted at the same time!

That's a first sighting in Victoria too I think of the Deluxe Hound wave at Big W.
