I doubt I'll get these unless they're bargains. I love the look of the first version of Animated Shockwave/Longarm Prime so I'll be buying that. Sunstorm's a nice enough recolour too, but again I prefer the Starscream and Skywarp colourings.

Sunstorm looks very nice. And it would save me getting Activator Ratchet.
Shockwave is a little meh on the other hand. He needed a lighter shade of purple to distinguish it from the black. He was a maybe until I saw that he comes with Activator Bumblebee, I just got one the other day (bonus with leader Bulkhead) and the only way I want the mould again is if it is Cliffjumper or Wasp

Neither appeal to me. I prefer Animated Shockwave in his original colours - the G1 colours don't do much. I do want Animated Sunstorm, but I'm reluctant to get it as a Voyager. I'm happy to collect the Seeker-Clones as Activators but I'm not willing to splash out that much cash to get them as Voyagers... the Voyager Starscream mould just isn't that good. :/

I'm happy with my single Starscream toy, but I do like the repaint for Sunstorm, it's nice to have him back to being predominantly orange.

Overall they are nice sets, can see them catching the eyes of the kiddies and parents alike.

Must admit that I am taken by both of these two packs, although the non-repainted nature of the activatiors is a tad annoying. That is unless they are like the deluxe packs with the legends that dont really look different until upclose.

Wow, consider both sold! Will be displaying purple one as Shockwave, blue/grey one as Longarm! :D I've never owned a Sunstorm but I've always loved his colours and wanted one. This is too good to be true!

This time I have to put them in my watchlist! When are we expecting them to hit our local retailers?

Looking at those pics of Animated Shockwaves side by side, neither of them look better or worse to me - but I'll stick with the original as that's the colours he has in the show. I'm not particularly interested in non-G1 Transformers unnecessarily trying to look G1... feels try hard to me.

Got this from an email newsletter from one of the S'pore Toy Stores:

Apparently it's a Target exclusive, so I assume it's in line with the "Banana Ratchet" and Lockdown 2-packs that Target previously had?
