Yes, it comes with Clutch, which is accurate to the original e-Hobby toy, and Diaclone.

Hasbro omitted the blue Honda City Turbo (https://diaclone.net/orid/dia044/index.html)'s scooter for whatever reason, but Takara included it when they reissued the silver Honda City R (https://diaclone.net/orid/dia041/index.html) Diaclone as Crosscut.
