I know what you mean but I can't let such an upgrade go, particularly when its destined to go up in price in the after market and it adds so much of the character into the toy.

Thank you for the preorder. We will not be able to determine shipping price to Australia until we have the products ready. We have started production on the NBC-02 RB upgrade set and the first batch will be ready for shipping in about a week or two if there are no hang ups. We have many preorders so far so your order will most likely be in the 3rd batch for the NBC-02 RB upgrade set. We do not know when the NBC-01 Ax will be ready as we still need to fix issues with the mold. You will be contacted with payment instructions (including shipping price) when your order is ready to ship.

A bit of a set back...after producing a few of the NWS-02RB sets the mold for the head piece did not hold up. We had to redesign the mold (the head piece will look the same, just the mold will be redesigned so that it holds up better after many castings). For this reason, there will be a delay until the new mold for the head piece is made. For those who already received an invoice and paid, your set is on the way. Thank you for your patience.

Hello all! We would like to take this opportunity to answer some questions regarding the preorders for the NWS-02RB upgrade set. We have begun producing the set and processing preorders and in fact have sent some invoices out already. Since we are an upstart company, all of the upgrade sets are produced inhouse. Be assured though that they are produced with a high quality polymer plastic (some of you who already have the prototype NWS-01Ax and NWS-02RB particle cannon can attest to this) and professional casting equipments. That being said, we are currently only able to produce a limited number of sets per day and we are processing orders as we go. Note that we only process the order (and send out invoices with payment instructions) when a set (or sets for those ordering multiples) is completed and ready for shipping. We do not ask for payment weeks or even days in advance. Therefore, it may take some time before we can get to a particular customer's order (especially if the order is on the back end of our preorder list). We thank you for your patience. As our company grow and expand we hope to utilize 3rd party casters in the future.

Jay, were you sent an invoice or any notification at all on where we are up to? Please let us know when you are ready to receive payment as things seem to be fluctuating a bit with nanobot.

We ran into some complications with the head piece mold. It is now fixed. We have begun production again but are behind anticipated schedule. The NWS-02RB is our first full production (NWS-01Ax have not reached production) so there have been some unexpected complications. With more experience, we hope future projects will run more smoothly. Our main goal is to produce the best quality product we can so if we need to fix or rework a mold then we will. I'm going to proportionately divide FFN's share of shipping by the difference in price, meaning that FFN owes $1.13 for shipping bringing his order to USD $14.12, and based on today's estimate + 2%, that is A$18.95.

EVERYONE ELSE owes $2.49 shipping, making your USD total $31.48 and your AUD total A$42.25.

We've got 10 days to pay, but I'm hoping to get this done a lot quicker than that.

So, how can you pay? You have two options:

Amount: USD$32.56 (this will cover the extra Paypal fees)

Once the exact amount is known, your balances will be adjusted accordingly. Out of town folk will be able to settle it when they pay for their domestic shipping. Local folk can settle up upon collection.

At first, my heart sunk when I started reading, but it's not as bad as I initially feared. Just an additional week or so. I can only hope this is because they're being perfectionists. I'd rather have a great product late, than a dodgy one early.
