Cheap unbranded toy. Not a Transformer. I recall seeing these at (I think) Target a while back.

Now I know who the two blondes are on either side of this guy but is a he just some generic transforming robot or actually based on a genuine TF?

Doesn't appear to be a Transformers toy, or even based/KOed from one.
