Dug deep to find a use for this mold: it's Action Master Windmill!
It's a Marvel X-over Spider-Man with a modified Wolverine head... and the tip of a CHUG Seeker missile.
Took some liberties with the colour placement to break up the otherwise all-blue figure.
Also painted the rotors after the alt mode pic.
