I had a headless and rocketless Machine Wars Soundwave in my parts box for a while.
Finally got around to making a new head panel, used a spare Cybertron Soundwave head as a replacement (which regrettably doesn't fit, so it has to be removed for transformation) and a missile from some Hot Wheels kind of thing to make Universe 2003 Soundwave!
