Pros
+ Gorgeous sculpt and really nice colours (TakaraTomy version is more cartoon-like).
+ I like how the knives can be stored on the wings.
+ The wings can spread out or fold along the sides of the owl mode.

Cons
- Wings come detached and the left wing on mine doesn't sit flush. Could just be my figure.
- Wings cannot fold down in robot mode, but they can fold forwards.
- There isn't much clearance between the owl legs and wings in robot mode, meaning that the owl legs and wings get in each other's way. tfwiki's photo has the legs slightly mistransformed to allow them to clear beneath the wings. You can also just fold the wings forwards, but this may take up more shelf space (although the owl mode is incredibly compact).

Overall
A pretty ordinary and overpriced Deluxe. Recommended only if you're looking to complete Mandroid... not sure if a $39.99 torso is considered "worth buying" :p
