Just like Needlenose, Windsweeper is a simple but elegant figure. The new head sculpt and colours work really well in making this toy look undeniably like Windsweeper. Obviously this toy is a double Targetmaster just like Needlenose, so no Triggercon gimmick here (just as Legacy Crankcase (http://www.otca.com.au/boards/showthread.php/29438-Toy-Review-CRANKCASE-(Legacy)) also didn't have any Triggercon gimmickry). However, the dual Targetmaster guns do make him resemble a Triggercon. Sunbeam has been repainted as Cleansweep, and Zigzag as Ozone; they are both almost entirely silver except for the grey faces. As such, the Targetmasters look rather bland, but that's the point. Making them more colourful would break the Triggercon illusion. The jet mode being an F-16XL Fighting Falcon isn't accurate to the G1 toy's B-1B Lancer bomber mode, which I would say is the biggest drawback for this toy (as an action figure); but also forgivable given that this is a redeco of Needlenose. It's no better or worse than Crankcase having gone from a Land Rover 90 to an off-road Honda City hatchback. :p

Given that this toy is only available in a two pack with Prime Universe Breakdown, I would say that this toy is only worth buying if you happen to also want Breakdown, or you're willing to take a risk and try to sell Breakdown.
