Over on Reddit, people have noted that the heels have been assembled incorrectly with the left and right swapped and upside down. It has no functional effect on either mode apparently and is just cosmetic and different to the instructions diagram. To fix it requires knocking out pins.

I wonder if anyone at Hasbro will notice and do a WFC Kingdom Galvatron with future batch runs.
