This toy is a repaint of Legacy Breakdown from the Menasor box set, meaning that he retains the new G1 toy-accurate head from box set Breakdown instead of the cartoony head from the original Legacy toy.

I got this toy in a recent trip to Shanghai from a special collectables shop (not regular retail). A few days later, also in China, I saw someone driving around in a teal Lamborghini Gallardo!

So I guess G2 Breakdown's colours are realistic after all! :D

Recommended only if you're looking to complete the G2 Legacy Stunticon set, as this redeco doesn't really offer anything beyond what the original Legacy figure already does.

Is he meant to be a Lamborghini or a Ferrari?

Breakdown was originally a Lamborghini Countach, but this has some Ferrari in it like a 308. It is perhaps a Lamborghini Jalpa?

:D You are correct in that G1 Breakdown was indeed a Lamborghini Countach. As stated in the Legacy Breakdown review thread (http://www.otca.com.au/boards/showthread.php/29491-Toy-Review-BREAKDOWN), that toy was a retool of Legacy Wildrider (http://www.otca.com.au/boards/showthread.php/29303-Toy-Review-Wildrider-(Legacy)), who transforms into an approximated Ferrari 308 GTB. Hasbro decided to retool Wildrider into Breakdown, but the budget only allowed for retooling the robot mode, not the vehicle mode, meaning that TL Breakdown is also a Ferrari 308 approximant. I've heard a rumour that the designer wanted Breakdown to be retooled into a Lamborghini Countach, but the budget wouldn't allow for it.

Either way, this is simply a trait that Legacy G2 Breakdown has inherited from Legacy G1 Breakdown, so I didn't mention it here since this review thread just focuses on changes made from Legacy G1 Breakdown.
