Great job Paul, thanks.
Some interesting results, some not too surprising.
I agree that you should post how many people voted, unless it was such a poor turnout you don't want to. :)
Was the best fanmeet category not just 2007 meets? I thought that with the vote being expected as an annual thing, categories would only cover the one year unless noted as 'ever' or '06/07', etc. Not enough votes submitted to rule out any invalid ones huh?
If you ruled out any of the non-2007 votes, what was the winning fan-meet?

There were 19 ballots, and I've now added in the percentage of votes that each winner got -- to give you an idea of how close some categories were or weren't.

Will specify that in next year's awards. If you take out non-2007 votes than there were two winners The Melbourne Imax Screening and Melbourne Meet up in November. Go Melbourne!

You people have been Optimus brainwashed.

I was a little surprised how many votes went to G1 overall, does show a real G1 bias :)

Tober

19 isn't a whole lot. :(

As a reward I think that all 19 people who voted should be allowed to claim one of the 'OzFormer of the Year's toys as a prize. (:

<hopes dirge has a Ravage X-9>

Everyone that was going to vote for benben were intimidated, bullied or just disappeared by the mod mafia.

There's even a couple of Ozformers buried next to Jimmy Hoffa now.

Digger be careful with your words

or The Council of Moderators will make you an offer you can't refuse...

Did the best and worst series questions refer to cartoon or toys? If toys, i can't believe Armada was deemed worse than, say, Machine Wars or Beast Machines.

And poor old movie Swindle! He's a lot better than Dreadwing, Payload, or Scorponok, surely.

Not that I can complain as I did not vote...

Paulbot
29th January 2008, 04:46 PM
And there you go. If you'd voted you might have "turned the tide" towards Beast Machines. However Swindle would have needed more than your help.

Series meant "toys and/or cartoon" but it could be more specific next time.
