International Shipping Question

Hi all, Im just about to do my first overseas order but wanted to check what the best type of shipping service to use is. I basically want the item insured & here as fast as possible :) The seller is offering USPS First Class International, would that cover me ?

first class international has no insurance and does not provide details to tracking under USPS website. you need to at least upgrade to global priority international to have it insured and the custom number does provide some sort of tracking....
