Doesn't look very good to me, and boy does Henkei Prime look a bit Pinkimus eh?

That looks extremely underwhelming compared to City Commander.

You tease.

Sadly this trailer does not look good at all.

does it do anything cool? or is it just a trailer/roller?

Geez. I didn't realize how badly the paint on Henkei Convoy matched with his plastic.

I don't like that trailer's design. It looks more Sci-Fi than realistic and that kinda of misses the point of the RID concept.

Yeah those pics highlight the color discrepancy in Henkei convoy which does exist but its not where near as bad as that (at least on mine).

The trailer needs to be closer to the cab it just looks wrong with that massive gap

I think the gap is there to allow a full 90 degree swivel for the trailer. Otherwise it will hit the back of the cab and be at a really narrow angle.

I think it looks ok but the wheels should be spread out further and not housed within mudguards. It ends up looking like a campervan for now.

Well those wheels your talking about IS roller in this version of prime trailer so it would end up being close to each other like that. It can be detached and end up being roller as shown in the pics further down.

So um Kyle your saying FP will make their own version ei? Any wind of when it might be?:)

OoooooooHHH!!!!:D:D:D, wonder what gimmick will the trailer have - will it be like PM prime or like a star convoy?

This Fans custom one here has Star convoy shape but looks like has G1 gimmick ( split in half and becomes combat deck/repair bay) but I could be wrong , they havent showed much in the newer teaser pics jaydisc posted.
I'd prolly end with both hehehehe (the one I less like to be given as a gift to my cousin):D:D

I don't think it looks like Star Convoy, but the idea of having an external Roller unit that hides underneath the rear half of trailer is quite similar. At the same time though Star Convoy's robot mode = cab + trailer, while this fan custom trailer doesn't form part of the robot mode.

correct me if im wrong but rollers is the wheels of this isnt it?
so if i want to display the trailer and roller apart then the trailer wont have any wheels?
seems silly to me..

Heh - This is something everyone noticed on my Henkei Prime before I repainted it. :) Anyone remember that? ;)
But yeah - it seemed a lot of peoples' Henkei Primes were pretty good on paint matching except mine - as no one noticed until they looked at mine all that time ago - (Unless we were still blinded by Takara's then unquashable 'good QC)

I wonder...
Anyhoo - at least it's not completely pinkimus :)

Not really sure what the point is with this. I mean, ultra magnus isn't ultra magnus without his armour, but prime is prime with or without a trailer. I'd be interested in one that gave prime a super robot mode, but not if it's just an opening trailer with roller.

I wouldnt mind 2 trailers :D:p, kinda like ginrai. The first would be an added armour (like PM prime) and the second a combat deck/ repair bay/ extra apex armour! BUT that would be asking too much :D:rolleyes:, one can dream though.

Nicely detailed but I am not digging it.

I prefer a more traditional 'box' trailer even if it doesn't have any gimmicks.

i dont get where the inspiration for the design came from, Armada Prime trailer and G1? Also why would Prime's trailer have de-attachable guns for ?(BB holding a gun)

edt: just saw the fully opened up trailer, frekin wow , def. worth getting now

Those inside pictures actually make me want to consider getting this now. Still looks boring as a trailer, but would make a great display piece with other classics toys.

I love the repair crane though I feel the narrow section of the trailer is a bit of wasted space. I might actually have been able to fit 2 deluxes if not for the silly helipad and absurdly steep ramp.

for some reason this thing is just not leaping out and saying 'buy me'. I think I will be spending that kind of money on more transformers instead of an accesory that doesn't quite appeal.
