need help to identify

i dont know where else to post this so ill do it here
found this a few weeks ago in my collection with omega supreme
dont know what it is and would like some help.

That's the binary-bonded partner for the Autobot Motorvator Lightspeed (http://tfwiki.net/wiki/Lightspeed_(Motorvator)). The Motorvators were released as part of G1 in 1991 and were repaints of the Autobot Brainmasters, but without the component parts to form Roadcaesar. Lightspeed is a repaint of the Brainmaster Braver (http://tfwiki.net/wiki/Braver).
