Hi folks

I've been working on some large and time consuming projects of late, as well as being flat out at work, so I haven't actually finished anything for a while (since Classics Runabout anyway) and I thought that there are probably some of my older customs that I haven't shown you guys before. I also have some that aren't finished and some that I'll never be happy with and probably never finish... so I thought I'd post them all here.

Some of you may have seen some in the backgrounds of other pictures or on other websites, but I am also forgetful, so please let me know if you've seen them here (or on the old forum) before and I'll remove them.

Ok here we go. My first Masterpiece custom was Inferno from an MP02 a couple of years ago. I have a new ladder for him now fom a RID Prime, but these are the original photos.

Sorry about that. Ok this one I don't think you will have seen before. This is one of the ones I wasn't happy with so I never finished. He was my first attempt at proper kitbashing. Alts BB.

Sorry for the crap photos... I took them with my phone.

what car model did you use?

It was some sort of easy model (the type that are mostly assembled already) that I think was made by Revell. I spent ages trying to find a cheap plastic 1:24 VW so that it was easy to cut up and not too heavy. I actually started with a diecast model and put quite a lot of effort into cutting it up but it was just too heavy. I have my bumblebee repaint (WRX) that replaced this one in my collection now. Much nicer.

Here's another crappy start of another custom that had been lying in the back of the draw until someone asked about what to turn a classics Hot Rod into. She needs a heap more make-up (paint) and a new head, and I only have a car mode photo at the moment, but I suppose I could still share it with you. Go easy on her - she's a long way from finished.

EDIT: This is what I'm working towards...

Excuse me DD... there'll be no jumping on Arcee ok. She may be the only female in my collection but she's just as tough as the blokes.

It was intended to be a soft jump.;)

:)If it turns out as nice as it's looking so far I might give DD a run for his money if you hold an online auction again and I'm fiscally able:D.

Classics Hot Rod

Dude i love the gun rack you have behind Inferno!

The gun rack is no longer. But if you wanted to make one, I used a cork tile, stuck a picture of the inside of a factory over it, then screwed small hooks and tacks into it to hold the guns. Very easy and very effective.

Indeed, it looks amazing!

Do you have any more pics of it lying around?
