Hi there don't really know what to say here but I do have a question does it sound stupid if I say I collect transformers lol. My names max been collecting maybe 10 years now quite possibly.

Also just curious to know as I live in New South Wales if any one was going to the Melbourne Supanova. I don't know if there will be any transformer merch there this year as it seems there is always very little available any other supanova but just wondering if any one would be going any ways for a meet up to say hi. Also I another reason why I would like to meet some one is so I can get some directions to any decent shops that sell transformers as I have only been to Melbourne once before when I was a kid.

Welcome! No Supernova for me as it's about $25 and from what I understand (have never been), it's a bit light on the TFs.

Lol I wish it was 25 at ticketek they are selling 1 day passes for like $40. Some times they do have good stuff there but I just wish to get vic mignogna's and the author of jthm autograph.

TF pickings are kinda light for TF stuffs in recent SupaNovas - there was a time when you could get buttloads of G1/G2 comics really cheap, but they've dwindled a lot since 2003/4... last year I found one TF comic. One dealer had Encores and TF Revoltechs for sale. Madman often has TF clothes and of course, DVDs. Smash! has another dealer that sells TF clothes though. Toywise I usually find more stuff at the Parramatta Collectibles Fair (both from dealers and fan swaps/trades).

Also I another reason why I would like to meet some one is so I can get some directions to any decent shops that sell transformers as I have only been to Melbourne once before when I was a kid.
The Melbourne fans would be more qualified to answer... you have regular department stores around Melbourne such as CBD Myer and some specialist collectors stores like Comics R Us, Animezone and that record store in Camberwell. My knowledge on this area is very dated though so it's probably not very reliable now. :/

Bah-weep-Graaaaagnah wheep ni ni bong! :)

and a Bah-weep-Graaaaagnah wheep ni ni bong to you to.

Thanks goktimus, I remember buying transformer gear from the sydney one years ago but after that I have never seen any real decent figure except for pvc ones.

The main reason why I asked is because I didn't want to come home from Victoria with out something new in my collection.
