Dinobot repairs needed

Hi there guys I was just curious to know if any one knew of any websites that sold dinobot pieces, one piece I need badly is swoops beak. I have tried to find it on a lot of different on line shops but no one has any and I'm getting to a point in buying a fake just to replace the beak but then I don't know if he is still counted as a real transformer because one of the most important pieces that will be on him is a fake.

So if any one knows of any one that has a spare swoop beak it would be really appreciated and I would be in your debt if you could tell me where or tell them, hey I know some one who wants one I'll contact him and get his details for you. But please help me out here please. Also I am after dinobot weapons as well.

He's a very rare piece, Swoop. Not easy to find and it took me 2 years to get one. I think eBay is your best bet for a loose junker swoop. Either that or as u say go with a KO to replace the beak.

I concur with STL. As to whether or not a Swoop repaired with a KO part still counts as TF or not, that's entirely up to you. Classification and counting of TFs is a very subjective/arbitrary thing. As far as the Universal Counting Method (http://www.otca.com.au/boards/showthread.php?t=217) is concerned it doesn't count (re: Articles 01 and/or 19). A junker legit Swoop might even be cheaper than buying a MISB KO Swoop.

That's right. Even though they are KOs, there is a lot of demand for them and go for about US$100.

Best to find the junkiest swoop you can find but with the parts you need. Sometimes auctions pop up for just the beak but they are rare.

Too bad Transrepro is not around anymore, they had repro beaks.

Transformer Land (http://www.transformerland.com/) sell many different vintage toys across all lines including parts as well. I just had a search for Swoop and funnily enough someone is selling a Swoop which has a broken beak. :p There was one in C8 condition with a broken tail which had been repaired but it was for $95 USD, certainly better to wait for a cheaper one to pop up.
