Someone mentioned Zoids to me over MSN and it sort of triggered some memories about some other toys I played with as a kid, specifically Starriors and Robotix. Anyway, in my quest to find those two names, I came across a great site, Retro Junk (http://www.retrojunk.com/) with an INCREDIBLY archive (http://www.retrojunk.com/content/commercial.php?view=list) of toy commercials from the 70's, 80's & 90's and I couldn't but help remember Roller's request of Hasbro to supply Transformer commercials. So, this one's for you Roller! ;)

The site has probably 2-3x as many Transformer commercials as I've listed, as I've only focused on the american versions. There's a lot of Japanese commercials as well as some isolated European ones.

I have a Micromaster ad which doesn't appear to be featured there. I'll need to copy it on to my computer to upload and share it.

That Power Cycle actually looks somewhat familar, like I've seen it once upon a time in my childhood.

I don't recall seeing any TF toy ads on TV until about the Seacon/Pretender ad but I guess I must have seen them.

Great find Jay. These are better quality than a lot of the stuff that ended up on the Madman TFTM DVDs.
