Does anyone know if Target will order stuff in from other Target outlets and apply sales discounts? They never have anything around where I live, but 20% off is pretty good so it'd be worth the wait.

I had a longer answer, but it didn't post for some reason. :(

The answer is sometimes - depending on which store you are at, who you speak to, which store you're trying to get a transfer from, whether there's been a blue moon recently, or whether you've done your ritual dance/sacrifice/prayer to Primus that morning. :)
