According to an interview here:
http://moviesblog.mtv.com/2009/04/13/michael-bay-reveals-transformers-revenge-of-the-fallen-runtime-longer-than-first-film/

Bay has mentioned that TF2 will run four minutes longer than the first (making it 147 minutes long), and states that the running time is now locked in.

This doesn't mean the movie is completely finished and done. But it does suggest that it is close, with things like sound effects, voice recordings and minor visual effects as the only things left to be done. It probably means that all scene placings and footage allotments are now done.

Hopefully that means there won't be any last minute issues or delays, and maybe it might just be ready for BotCon.
Or an advance screening in Oz again...

While on the topic of Movie interviews...
and because it isn't important enough to have it's own topic. :p

Shia talks about his injuries, both on and off the set of Transformers.
We all know about the car crash off the set, but apparently he was nearly blinded by a prop on the set.

And an ominous confirmation of how the Autobot twins are going to be portrayed in TF2...
Bay himself has described them as the young, dumb, comedic relief in TF2.

He mentions that he likes the twins, but Bumblebee is still his favourite.
