Jay Jays is an Australian clothing store that appears to have a long term license for Official Transformers clothing in the last year.
Their current promotion has 4 Hoodies and 4 T-shirts.

These were released about 3 weeks ago to Jay Jays clothing stores, and a fair few here have already bought some of these items.
But it has taken a while to get images to promote the items here... You'd think that they'd jump at the chance of free publicity,
but after being told at one of their stores to go to the website, I had to chase up the people running the website because only
2 items were even shown. They ended up sending me several promo pictures (included below), but when I went back to the
store to take photos of the rest, they said I needed permission.
Permission to give them free publicity??? Both the store manager and the head office said I wasn't allowed to take any photos.
Are they worried that I'd go and reproduce the items? If I wanted to do that, I wouldn't take a photo, I'd buy it and accurately copy it.

Anyway, despite all the drama, I took photos of items I bought, so I think I only ended up missing one T-shirt.

I do thank the Brand Manager of Jay Jays for sending me some product pics to start with, but the rest of the organisation
doesn't seem to comprehend the point of marketting and promoting their products.

These are the items from the current promotion. No idea if they will restock with more for a period of time, or if these are
a single shipment that will be gone once sold out.

The Hoodies - Four designs. $40 each.
(note that the zipper was originally planned to be a fancy TFs emblem, but ended up being an ordinary zipper)

T-shirts - 4 designs. $20 each.
(I think there was a blue one as well, or maybe the white and black versions of the Decepticon T-shirt counts as two)

And a clothing item they seem to be restocking, so maybe available for a while - Trunks/underwear. Price is $25 for the 2-pack.
Sells as a 2-pack, so you have to get the grey and the black pair as a set. You can't just get two of one colour.

I like the grey pair, but the black pair has that shiny logo on it, making it look a little like something you'd see at the mardi gras.

Yeah Griff there was a Bright Blue shirt as well with a decepticon logo in the front. I only got the 2nd hoodie and and windows like shirt and trunks. Didnt like the first hoodie (white and blue) as when I looked at it in person the hoodie looked too "busy".
It is rather dissapointing and somewhat silly that they didnt take advantage of the upcoming hype that the movie will generate to extend or shall we say time their TF clothing promo to coincide with it.

The white one is my favourite - I'm wearing it right now. :) None of the hoodies come with that "TF" zipper though (as can be seen in those photos). I guess it must've been something in the design that they abandoned in execution. The official promotion for these hoodies ended last Wednesday, which is why I was able to take home the gigantic window poster from my local Jayjays. :)

Jayjays also has lots of other TF shirts not pictured here (although the ones here are the latest) as well as Transformers handbag and belt.

Forgot to mention that the hoodies were available in sizes SL to XXL, but they are really small for those sizes. I had to buy the XXL size and it was still a tightish fit (I'm L-XL with t-shirts, so XXL should have been really loose on me).

I've seen a couple of these in person... they're really quite nice actually. Might have to buy one or two.

Can't believe the hassles you had trying to give them free publicity Griff!

I dont think Jay Jays needs to advertise or market their products, items like the TF hoodies seem to walk off the shelves.

I'll never understand the purpose of white and other light coloured jackets, it's just asking for trouble. :p

It so you can clearly see your blood splattered across the pristine white when you get beaten up by bullies.:p

Yeah Im usually S when its with Giordano products, but with them I had to return the hoodie and exchange to M. Hmmm must be getting fat.

Yeah that must be it!

Sizes really are misleading, I wear XXL Jay Jays clothing, when normally a M-L suffices. It is worse for the girls, my gf is normally a S-M, but has to get a L-XL in the shirts (Spongebob, Rainbow Brite), and at least an L in the jackets, and the sizes are variable (perhaps incorrectly labelled at times?)

Yeah with regards to the ladies sizing, I agree their sizing is a bit different from the usuals. The sizes I get there can vary from S to L...

Anyway nice hoodies and t-shirts, I wanted one of the hoodies too, but even XS is too big for me. I got a previous Optimus Prime on grey background hoodie from the previous release/designs and am swimming in the S size as they ran out of XS.

Oh the t-shirts in XS size fit just nice for me though! :)

I've never had a problem with sizes at jayjays, but xxl is pretty much the same everywhere

I've spent a small fortune on TF merch at Jay Jays over the last couple years. Hoodies and T-Shirts fill my wardrobe.
