Yes.

I've not watched the new special from Easter yet but was pretty excited when I found out there were some new episodes.

I got the 3 parter new episodes of season 9, classic Red Dwarf.
Only had enough time to watch 2 of them at work yesterday, have to watch the other one later.

Didnt know there was an easter special, have to get my dad to check it out if he can find it.

Oh haha.
Well they are funny.

Thought they were doing a movie, still have yet to see that yet.

I suppose I'm a fan.

The new 3 parter was ok but nothing special, I found the first episode really slow.

The final series before this one was pretty dull, I can't help but feel Red Dwarf's best it behind it.

Backwards is still my favourte episode.

I think this long episode/short series is the closest we'll get to a movie (unless it rated it's pants off?).

Backwards is really funny, but my favourite episode is probably the sixth season finale where they get the time machine to go anywhen and meet their future selves.

Backwards is definately an awesome episode, I dont know my fav, maybe gunman of the apocalypse. There are too many to name though.

Another one was in an early season where Kat keeps ordering fish from the machine, he eats them all and becomes to full, then later on he jumps outta the bed and cries "Look out, food escape!" Cracked me up everytime.

the s9 3-parter felt like crappy fan fiction. Still, gotta love clasic Dwarf.

Yeah there are to many to name, I choose backwards cause I remeber the name. there are many others.

And a few failures we wont mention.

The three parter was, to put it simply, bloody awful.

I could count the number of times I laughed, over the course of the three episodes, on two hands.

Average of three laughs per episode. I did that in 5 mins with the old series!

The REAL highlight of that story however was the Earth-based Starbug. I want one! :D

Yea the car made out to be starbug was cool.

Its not as good as earlier series, but it still gave some laughs.

the munckin song
now if you know the song all sing along now:p:D:p:D

If you're in trouble he will save the day
He's brave and he's fearless come what may
Without him the mission would go astray

He's Arnold, Arnold, Arnold Rimmer
Without him life would be much grimmer
He's handsome, trim, and no-one slimmer
He will never need a zimmer

He's Arnold, Arnold, Arnold Rimmer
More reliable than a garden strimmer
He's never been mistaken for Yul Brynner
He's not bald, and his head doesn't glimmer

Master of the wit and the repartee
His command of space directives is uncanny
How come he's such a genius?
Don't ask me!

Ask Arnold, Arnold, Arnold Rimmer
He's also a fantastic swimmer
And if you play your cards right
Then he just might come round for dinner

He's Arnold, Arnold, Arnold Rimmer
No rhymes left now apart from quimmer
We hope they fade us out before we get to schlimmer
Fade out you stupid plimmer

:)I might be a fan, I have the 8 series on DVD and it never gets boring to watch, I'll have to chase that 3 parter down now too. I heard they were doing a movie as well but that was a long time ago:eek:
