What I've heard/read already:

Hasbro has an Arcee prototype (Deluxe) at least.

Electrostatic Soundwave flagged as a Deluxe recolour/slight remold with Ratbat.

"Golfire Grimlock" as Voyager recolour.

Hydrodrive Bumblebee as new mold Voyager.

Blackout planned as a Voyager.

Activators Soundwave (haven't seen this one personally - links/pics?).

There's a Cybertron Ratchet prototype somewhere out there.

Wingblade Prime (again haven't seen it but have heard of it a few times from a few sources) as Voyager. Leader class makes more sense IMO especially in light of the Magnus Hammer and the Leader class full-o'-gimmicks philosophy, but then Hasbro and I don't always agree on toys or else we'd have Wreck-Gars and Shockwaves a-plenty over here...

So taking into account Hasbros repaint love we'll likely see an Ironhide retool from the Cybertron-mode Ratchet(s), and probably a Wasp from at least one of the existing Bumblebee molds.
Also IIRC Classics/Universe were rumored to be doing a Wheeljack (& Rhinox yay!) sometime comparatively soon, meaning probably no Wheeljack from Animated.

What I want personally is Arcee, Team Chaar, and Team Rodimus, especially Red Alert, Strika and Cyclonus and all of the extras on Cybertron, and Omega Supreme, and Lugnut Supreme, and...

To put some of you out of your misery I will say this though: Sonic Blast Soundwave is classed as a remould due to its new accessory (Ratbat/Wingthing) & Arcee is more than just a prototype, just take a moment to think about 1986 and what year comes after 2009 :eek: I've said too much.

I can accept that bit, since Animated more-explicitly crossed over into Takara territory than most US series (Grandus, Sky Garry, Zaur, Rosanna, Autotrooper, Hydra, Cancer etc.) I don't get it because it confuses the timeline of the show. Isn't Animated set in the 22nd Century? If the next year of Animated is 2010, that would mean the first 95% of Transform And Roll Out Part 1 was actually set in 1957. And that the show we've been watching is set on present-day Earth, and all the technological advancements are solely because of what Sumdac achieved from Megatron. Or would Animated 2010 be set prior to everything we've seen so far? The only way it could make sense is if it's actually Transformers Animated 2110.

I was thinking more about the notable features of post-Movie '86, i.e. set on Cybertron/in space more than Earth, Rodimus as Autobot Leader, futuristic altmodes, maybe a new Decepticon leader.

Animated Cyclonus (http://tfwiki.net/wiki/Cyclonus_(Animated)) has an interesting Wiki entry, I seem to recall Derrick Wyatt mentioning it's 'almost as if he knows the future' in one of his interviews.

That said, a cynic only ever gets nice surprises, and taking things with a grain of salt usually helps avoid disappointment down the track.

:confused:I never said 'will be coming' - I only said what current plans are, with the disclaimer that they might change. Please realise that this info is six months before the fact, a lot can change in six months (remember the G2 Stunticons were tooled and even had a full test run produced before being scrapped). That said, right now this is good info.

10% they've let me know about plan changes just before the toys go public (giving me no time to update others without sounding like I'm giving out second hand info:();
5%... well my source(s) have to have some plausible deniability :o (must admit they didn't update me to the fact that they'd cancelled MP Roller - the unpainted prototype looked so good too; and USAed, TC & SW could easily be written off as good guesses; and I was led to believe ML Soundwave was going to be MP scaled :().

I know how you feel Ark-Ivor as I've been in similar situations. I knew about Ravage appearing in Beast Wars about a year before The Agenda came out, but of course, I couldn't tell anyone about it. Just privately smirk when reading about people's guesses about which G1 character should/would appear in the show. :)
