Excellent.
I've restored a few original G1's now with touch ups and new labels and I have to say....it is really satisfying! My fave was probably a G1 Prime who had lost most of his chrome, had paint chips everywhere and ugly, ugly stickers. he looks smick now and is good enough to display or sell.

Thanks for all the kind words. Glad people liked it. thought I might get flamed for "desicrating" a G1.
I am stoked with the way he turned out.
For anyone wondering, this was the first time I have ever attempted anything like this on a TF. I used nothing special - just left over model paints and an old brush. Oh and a lot of patience. I was unable to "save" the clear window bits, hence the black on 1-side and red on the other approach.
