$7.99 Robot heroes (Prime v Blackout pic)
$5.59 Legends (Jetfire pic)
$23.19 FABs (Ratchet pic)
$39.20 Powerbot (BB pic)

ANIMATED
$39.99 Battle Pack (Sunstorm v Ratchet pic)

Catalogue also mentions a super entertainment & toy sale starting July 2nd

And that's exactly why I didn't buy that M*******r at Kmart yesterday. Although $40 still seems pricey :o

I will be stocking up on the Robot Heroes though.

Brings Kmart prices to just under Big W standard prices.

I'll wait for the Big W sale prices before I rush out to get anything other than the scouts.

Schweet, I can finally pick up Universe Smokescreen. Like hell I was paying $30 for him.

It was like USD $10 at BotCon, you should have got it then! (I did :) )

I will be stocking up on the Robot Heroes though.

I'm trying to resist but I too think I will fail.

The catalogue also shows a picture of the Fallen as the Voyager. Hopefully it is that one. Intrigued (as opposed to being excited) by this toy.

Mailbox?? Gee... I don't think I ever get Kmart catalogues where I am... always just checked it online:

http://www.kmart.com.au/catalogue/Catalogue.aspx?CatalogueID=128&WT.mc_id=cat|Monster_Stocktake_Sale!|20090618

BTW... Kmart statements almost always apply to the whole range, so I'd say Deluxe prices will be down to $23.19. Same deal for leaders, and scouts, etc. I'd stake my professional reputation on it :p

anyone seen a Fallen yet?Not yet, but I did see voyager Megatron and Mixmaster today (which, I think, are from the same Wave).

iceburn

nah..according to griffin, Meg and Mixmaster are Wave 3. The Fallen is Wave 2 which was skipped. maybe it's Hasbro decision to release that later when the movie is out

I think the toy release schedule has a lot to do with spoilers. Time will tell for sure.

I noticed that the 20% off is ON TOP OF clearance, making Animated Leaders A$28.

If you can find Animated toys, my local Kmart cleared out all the old TF (Animated and Universe) lines into thier discount stock trolleys, if they still had any Magnus's they would end up $21.

I was picking up my lay buys today at target when it had the 15% percent off toys at the release of the first wave of ROTF toys, but i was shocked because i went to Kmart and they had everything 20% so i went to Target cancelled my laybuys and went crazy at Kmart. Saved me at least 20 dollars and got myself a sunstorm and the purple shockwave, including Leader Megs, Leader Prime, Starscream and Breakaway. In additional I was working last night and was o bored and ended up bumping into this website LilFormers.com and my suprise they had those transformers liltransformer standees that you cut up, so i got my self some never tear paper which is made of plastic and printed the standees. And got the wife to cut em... hehehe. All in all pretty proud with the outcome here are some photos:

I noticed today that unlike the other Transformers, the marked price on voyagers is the sale price rather than the usual price before 20%. They do not scan as was $xx.xx now $xx.xx

I took voyager Megatron and Mixmaster to the counter and managed to get em for $32.75 each.

Looks like another exploitable pricing fumble on Kmart's part.

I imagine it would work for animated 2 packs to. I might just get Demolishor now.

I noticed that as well tonight, but didn't think about using it. The shelves had special oversized price tags that just had the sale price but no mention of the regular price or that it was just the sale price. For example, the Voyagers had the extra shelf tags saying just $39.20 and the product description, NEXT TO the 20% off all TFs and Star Wars toys shelf tag.

hmmm i wondered over to kmart burwood (nsw) lastnight and got the purplewave & BB 2pack as well as the BB helmet (took the TRU catalog with me) and tried to price-match the helmet...

apparently Kmart has revised their price-match policy?? ie. they could only do the price-match and not beat it as well as not apply any further discounts!! :( Anyone care to confirm?

Went over my nearest K-mart just then to have a look. Turns out that the ability to take advantage of this little anomaly depends on how on-the-ball your check-out chick is.

I pointed out the advertised discount - she called someone in a more central location to check and found that the $39.20 is the discounted price.

Still... 30min round trip costs me way more than the price diff... so I just had to go ahead and pick that ROTF Mixie up :p

Tried to use this trick to pick up the complete set of voyagers but unfortunately they are advertised in the catalogue so no go. I'm guessing it would work if the checkout operator is less knowledgable.

4 to 5 paragraphs down, "price promise" -> http://www.kmart.com.au/pricepromise/default.asp introduced in the first week of May 2009

Correct. The "Lowest Price Guarantee" is gone. It's just a straight match now :(
