Grindor is just a straight redeco of Blackout from the first movie, allowing Hasbro to re-release every size class of the original Blackout toy with the new name. And unless it shows up in the movie, I think it is just Hasbro's usual cheap way of redeco a figure, give it a new name, and sell it as if it is something new or related to the current line. (Kinda like the Deep Desert Brawl deluxe toy - I doubt it's in the movie, but its still padding out the TF2 toyline as if it is).
