Yeah, i'm back on doing ANOTHER version of Gore (see the other three versions here (http://members.dodo.com.au/~dazx/bni/projects/index.html))

This time however i've moved away from the Stalker mold and have decided to use the Cybertron Defense Red Alert mold.

First step was taking that missile and turning it into an even nastier weapon.

The big gun is a Zoid gun while the two smaller gatling guns are from Armoured Core. The other two guns in the middle are also from Armoured Core and may or may not end up being there.

Next step was to add Gore's horns. A big thanks to KelvinChang for hooking me up with a set of Unicron's horns which worked out to be absoloutely perfect for the project.

This was an early shot to see how things would work. The big gun is finished and painted and the horns aren't properly connected.

What I found with adding the horns would have left the torso unable to be disassembled (due to modifications I had to make to attach the horns) so I took the upper body apart and painted it first.

Once that was done adding the horns and painting them was an easy step.

(Yes I probably should get around to cleaning my desk and keyboard someday)

The next step ... well Gore and Stalker were both tanks, so off with those wheels and on with some treads supplied by Action Master Megatron's tank! Will hopefully have pics of that next week. Still doing some touch ups to it.

28/06/09 UPDATE

Time to show off the new treads.

Still some touching up to do be done. The plans changed a number of times, hopefully now that I know what i'm doing the other side will turn out much nicer.

6/9/09 UPDATE

Don't mind the dust on the big gun, that's how long things have taken me (albeit I don't get much time to kitbash)

19/9/09 UPDATE

Repainting and assembly complete, time to add some weapons!

Looking good Burn, lookign froward to seeing the pics with the treads on.

Is that a command Wolf's gun turret, or have you taken more Elephander parts for Gore 4.0?

Sweet baby Satan, Gore looks schweet!

I've been wanting to see that Cybertron mold redone as Stalker since it came out, so this is just as good (on that note, has anyone actually done Stalker with that mold?). I've always loved the brutal look you give to Gore. I demand tank-tread pics immediately.
