Most of the figure is Energon Megatron/Galvatron.

The only change is really the Prime fists, the chopped up cannon port at the back(nosecone of the plane before) and the tank treads from...something... looks good though :)

Don't think so. Makes me think of the RiD Scouts but they'd be way too small.

Love the paint job on the robot mode but the alt mode is nowhere.
