Alice *RotF spoilers*

I don't believe there's an Alice (Isabel Lucas sexy Decepticon Pretender) toy planned, but would we want one if there was? And if so, how would be like to be done?

I'm fully expecting some innuendo here, but I ask the question as an interesting toy consideration, since as a TF it would clearly differ from most current toys...

the only way I can see it not completely sucking is to have clip on "human skin" on a bot mode, and it would still suck probably.

Well, as I've been saying, in... well... just about everything I've posted since last Tuesday: I want an Alice toy. (More than anything else from ROTF, actually.) It wouldn't even have to be too complicated - just kind of turn inside out from humanoid action figure to betentacled robot. It would be like the first generation Beast Wars toys, only the beast mode happens to be human. It wouldn't really matter if robot mode had kibble. Or if they're feeling really retro, just a Pretender shell that opens to reveal a robot would be fine (although the robot may then need a lame, G1 Pretender-style touch-its-toes-with-its-face-look-now-it's-a-car-style transformation just to complete the homage. :))

Like a Robot Replica figure with a removable "skin". Batman, Darth Vader, etc toys have done it for a while.

YES! I wants an Alice Transformer toy!! WANTS! Don't care if it's a Pretender or even a crappily done Animorphs style toy... gimme!

...they really need to release proper action figures of the humans in the movies. All this screen time and no toys? C'moooooon, give us 10cm* figures of Lennox, Simmons, Sam, Mikaela et al.

*that way they'd also be in scale with G.I. Joe and Star Wars (and Indy Jones for those of us who bought the Mutt Williams figure already as Sam)! :D

I don't see how they'd do an Alice toy well. They could do the rubbery-shell thing again, but then the inner robot wouldn't transform. In all likelihood, robo-Alice would end up with some lame made-up alt mode like Scorponok or Ravage.

Also, I don't think there'd be enough demand for an Alice toy to make one viable.

Her alt mode is her human form. They could make her like a Transformer Animorph, only hopefully a lot better in terms of execution. There would be invariably some kibble - she'd probably be a shellformer in robot mode, but still, I'd get it!
