So who uses an airbrush to repaint thier Transformers, I just bought a compressor and was wondering what thype of airbrush I should use and spend. Some tat I've seen are quite expensive I just want one so that I can get is accurate enough to paint small items. Any help would be great thanks.

Haven't done any transformers but I did make 1000+ garage kits, monsters and movie stuff professionally for a few years. I used a conventional types for art prior to doing that Stuff but found for figures an Aztek was better.
There not as easy to damage quick to stop and start (clean). They used to have a lifetime warrenty but not sure now.
You can do finer work on conventional ones, you can even shave the tip for fine stuff but I can't really see it being useful on toys. I used to paint with a mix of artist acrylic and model paint thinner but they are made for any model paint.

You should be able to do anything from a base coat to a pen line with it just read the instuctions and don't over do the air. Were only talking about 25psi.

Do you have a pics somewhere? Would love to see kits built up.
I use an airbrush and love my Iwata HP-CS. If you want a good allround brush the CS or Revolution is the way to go.

TF76 would you be able to explain to me what type of airbrush you use, I'm not familiar with them so a little explanation would be fantastic. Having done it professionally I'd definately like to ask you more questions in the future. Thanks

Google testors aztek basically the needle and tip is like a cartridge. So that's the only part you need to clean/replace.
