These are three 2-packs of mere redecoed small Titaniums from the 2007 movie. They were mentioned and displayed at BotCon, but aren't very relavent to the 2009 movie - Ratchet is in the wrong colours, Blackout isn't being called Blackout for this year's toyline, leaving just Ironhide being the only accurate one from the Movie.
