theres a "Kiara Hobby Exclusive Soundwave Black Version", looks preety awsoume. you check it out at seibertron and TFW..no word on if they plan some sort of US/eveywhere else release..I'm gonna try and get my hands on one.

The main ROTF variants are:
Sideways: dark grey or lighter grey
Breakaway: dark brown or lighter/two shades of Brown

Skids: unpainted teeth then later with gold tooth.

Mudflap: "TRAX" licence plate then later "MUDFLAP" plate.

Cannon Bumblebee: frost blue windows then later clear blue windows.

Preview Bumblebee: orange missile was way too long. Japanese release has the missile shortened. Wonder if this late change made it to any of the Hasbro releases.

I'm not sure which variant of Scalpel I should be getting...

I seem to recall they shortened his antennas so he could transform properly. But I reckon the long antennas look better... :p

I have seen the canon BB at BigW before... cant remeber if it was clear or blue
