Rub or logo?

Hey all, as you may know I recently acquired a G1 Soundwave without a chest sticker. On the back of the figure (inside the battery compartment) stamped HASBRO 1974 1983
TAKARA CO LTD
74 83 JAPAN
Would this figure be rubbed or pre rubbed? However the Buzzsaw I got had a rub sign so?

Yes, I believe Lordy's right - if your Soundwave has a Hasbro stamping as well as the Takara one, it should be 'post rub-sign'.
