Hey there. Since I've just joined up I thought I'd dump a whole crapload of my art on ya.

I've also linked to my Deviantart for most of these images, since I've generally got more detailed commentary on each piece there. Plus, I want more views, dammit.

Here's a pic I did of Grimlock to celebrate the recently announced crowned release of his Masterpiece toy.

Here's a non-transformers piece. It's my design for an Aussie flag:

Here's a T-shirt design I did and got printed up, I like it a lot:

Here's my infamous "Megatron Origin In One PAge"

Okay what else? Oh. Red Rooster. These three are Red Rooster pieces. First is a pinup or poster style image I created as a tribute to my Red Rooster TRansformers.

http://fc07.deviantart.com/fs49/f/2009/197/5/0/Red_Rooster_Transformers_by_Boltax.jpg

The Next two are designs for my own Red Rooster toys:

Told you it'd be image heavy. I'll add some more stuff soon. Really interested in your comments/input on any of the pieces.

The Red Rooster TFs are Red Rooster TFs I'd buy. :)

I also would have prefered to buy that Megatron: Origin than the one I did.

Nice classic G1 moment in the Masterpiece Grimlock picture too.

Thanks guys. Trying to post a variety of stuff, rather than just straight-up pinup art. Here's the second little dump.

here's a piece from something that Americans just don't get. But I shouldn't have to explain it in here. It's not Transformers, it's Astro Boy fan art:

http://fc01.deviantart.com/fs46/f/2009/173/d/b/Greatest_Robot_in_the_World_by_Boltax.jpg

A hand coloured piece:

http://fc05.deviantart.com/fs41/f/2009/007/0/2/T_Wrecks_by_Boltax.jpg

This is computer coloured. It's All Hail Megatron issues 1-6 in one page. Posting it here makes me realise I should probably do an All Hail Megatron issues 7-12 in one page. Though I don't have issue 11, so I feel kinda wrong trying it.

HEre's another non-TF piece. It's still 80s themed though! That's me, stuck in the 80s.

My replies to your comments. Please, any more little comments or points you have would be majorly appreciated.

I like the Sky Lynx pic

Sky Lynx was done for a T-shirt I had printed for myself. It turned out really well, actually. Unfortunately that T-shirt was white and it got washed with a red t-shirt that didn't want to keep its colour to itself, so it go pinkified.

It looked terrible in pink so I sadly had to throw it out. I should get another one printed.

The Red Rooster TFs are Red Rooster TFs I'd buy.

I also would have prefered to buy that Megatron: Origin than the one I did.

Nice classic G1 moment in the Masterpiece Grimlock picture too.

Well, actually, despite it being a tribute to the release of a new Masterpiece Grimlock the actual design is from G1 Grimlock's toy!

Yeah. The "In One Page" strips are something I came up with based on the Megatron: Origin concept. I need to finish All Hail Megaton and I did plan on doing more -- but I haven't gotten around to it just yet. I need to, people seem to really enjoy those strips.

The Firecons piece was a lot of fun to do. I love rendering fire, for some reason. Plus it was nice to try and hi-light the different characters while still staying fairly true to the toy designs.

It's not just you. Countless people have remarked on it.

Basically, I started drawing TFs based on the G1 and G2 comics, and I never stopped using them as reference. Even when Dreamwave came along and changed the style in which TFs were drawn I didn't *LIKE* the new style so I never really incorporated any Dreamwavey aspects.

I love EJ Su's impassive Megatron, though... and I do use that (When I'm not doing insane Marvel Megatron.)
